Well, Lucius' wand was blasted off Voldemort in his first encounter
with Harry above Privet Drive, so ho definitely needed a new wand, but
Narcissa gave hers to Draco and I guess he kept it... but I don't
remember the scene so clearly, did he lose it in the Room of
Requirement? If not he probably gave it back to his mother and got a
new one.
I'm not really sure if after all these wand exchanges everyone could
have just got back their original wands without problems: wands change
allegiance when they are won off their former owner so simply getting
it back from who won it wouldn't be the same... Books 1 through 3 Ron
was using Charlie's (or was it Bill's) old wand and it never worked as
well as the new one he got in Goblet of Fire, simply because he hadn't
defeated his brother in duel but the wand was just handed over to him.
That prevents Draco, at least, from getting back his wand from
Harry... and Harry couldn't risk dueling with him for it, since he had
to die undefeated. My guess is that Draco's old wand would have been
put in some kind of a museum: after all it's the wand which granted
Harry Potter his victory.
Still, I'm not sure many would have wanted to keep the wands they had
won either: Hermione had won Bellatrix's wand fair and square and it
was hers now, but I don't think she'd have wanted to keep it.
Finally, I just think everyone who needed it would have just gotten
new wands: Ollivander had been out of business for quite a while, he
should have welcomed the opportunity.
Did Harry go back to Privet
Drive and get the rest of his things?
I don't think there was ever anything he cared for left at Privet
Drive. He probably didn't go back for a long time, if ever. Rowling
said he and Dudley remained on Christmas card terms, but never said
anything about Harry going to visit hi aunt and uncle.
Did Petunia help Creature clean
Grimmold Place?
Highly improbable. Did you notice the amount of magic embued in that
house? Plus I guess any house-elf would have considered it a shame to
be helped by a Muggle... imagine Kreacher
Did Harry repair the house in Godric's Hollow? If he
did, was it by magic or muggle construction?
Probably not: I guess it remained a shrine. But he did need a place to
go live. I'm guessing he either had Grimmauld Place completely cleaned
out and re-named or he simply bought another house... maybe in
Godric's Hollow.
What he did to his parents house was probably to clean it up a little
bit but leave it as such.
