I have done a search, but couldn't find any reference to this question
elsewhere, so sorry in advance if it has been discussed.
Is there a painting of Voldemort in existence, if so where would it
be, would the wizarding world know of it, and again if so, would they
try to destroy it, or use it if possible?
I know there hasn't been any mention of one in the books, but the
possibility is interesting.
Which place do you think would want to hang a LV painting other than
some of the DE residences?
The residences of the Death Eaters are naturally the obvious answer,
however there would be others.
Those with extreme ideas about pure bloods, like Umbridge
Many Slytherins, who weren't DE's, but still have opinions like "The
Greater Good"
Those with delusions of grandeur
Magical historians
A special security room (with enchantments to prevent LV from leaving
his own portrait), devoid of everything except for LV's portrait in
the Department of Mysteries at the MOM, for study by the Unspeakables.

I'm surprised that Voldy, given he's fairly paranoid, didn't insist EVERYONE
have a picture of him in their homes and offices, so he could be sure of
knowing everything that was going on, especially anyone who might be
plotting against him...

I still can't believe he was in such a sparring mood when he killed
the Potters. First the trick or treater, then he was going to spare
Lily. This isn't the same guy who likes to kill just to watch a
person die.
Not worth his trouble to kill the trick or treater, especially since
the kid didn't slow him down or interfere. With Lily, maybe he really
did want to honor Snape's request for some reason. He might have
recognized that Snape was someone to keep on his side. In fact, he
would have been right, because it was the murder of Lily that send
Snape to the Light Side, which contributed to Voldemorts undoing.
