It was such a shame that McGonagall wasn't evil after all. Your theory
was so beautifully worked out and backed with solid textual references
that it deserved to be right, though sadly I felt forced to doubt it.
And oh - how your heart must have leapt early in book 7 when it was
shown that Nagini was capable of assuming a female human form...
this is one of the few I was right about. I thought that 150 seemed
a bit much and that "150" might have been a misheard "115".
You were quite right to doubt that interview, my dear Nystulc...
...errr, are you around, Nystulc? I can't see any posts by you.

I think (s)he's Rowling. That's why (s)he made the test... wanted to
know what the audience was expecting :D

There's some credence in the theory that she ripped huge chunks out
of her plan for book 7, to replace with lame fan expectations...
really? God, that would be awful because at least it's admirable that
she had been constant on her original plot. The main problem wasn't the
plot itself but that she wasn't able to make it evolve along with the
books. In a previous post I've already said that it seems, to me at
least, that it really made no difference to the WHOLE PLOT whether Snape
was evil (or whatever) or not and she could have changed that at the end.
I think she simply couldn't be arsed to make it evolve.
