Open questions

I have gone through my list of questions and noticed that quite a few
of them are still open: some of them might be minor, but they didn´t
seem so minor before.

1) Why did crookshanks help "Snuffles" ( Sirius) in PoA ?
2 ) Who was the "very old, stooped wizard with the hearing trumpet who
wanted to see Broderick Bode in OotP ( page 430, St. Mungo´s
hospital)? Bode was poisoned that day so that man must have been the
murderer.
3 ) Where is Trevor and Crookshanks in DH and where and why did he
always escape ?
4) How did Crouch jr. get so much knowledge about Moody´s character in
such a short time? He disguised even DD, who was a close friend of
Moody, for nearly a year.
5)What was so "bad" about Ludus Bagman ( Winky´s remark)? Only his
financial problems and his way to deal with them? Doesn´t sound
likely. Rita´s remarks support this idea. I expected some connection
to the DE....

I still have more questions but I just realized that it is midnight
and I have to get up early. More these days. Anybody else have open
questions or even answers? Looking foreward to your comments.
