I was thinking about dd's death. and there are enugf posts on the yes
or no bit so don't bother to post why you think he might be alive here.
My thoughts are on his death and how ready was he for it. Black was a
lot less for thinking of his death and he had a will. DD knew he was
old and a main target so I think he would have a will.
How much do you think he left to his brother, lupin or the other oder
members?
and how much would he leave to Harry?
I think DD would not leave money to Harry as He knows how much harry
already had. But there are a few items that DD had that Harry may find
usefull in hunting V and his little sole boxes. The putouter, the
pensive or thoes little silver things on the tables we never find out
about? or DD's odd pocket watch?
what do you people think of where dd would send these things off to?

Hardly anyone answered Richard White at the time - just one person,
who thought it would all be left to Hogwarts.

Richard brought up a topic that showed up in DH when DD left certain
objects to the Trio. The put-outer in particular was involved in
the events of the story.

I recall that posting and being in basic agreement. I was sure that DD's
death was planned and that he would leave Harry something. My money was
on one of the silver objects and on Aberforth providing the decisive
clues on how to use it. Either that or Hermione finding something in the
library about one of them.

Richard had some brilliant insights. I think he gave up when faced with
the tidal wave of postings to deal with after the release of DH. Keeping
up with the group was really quite a chore for him... a great
contributor and a great guy!
