I think QttA says you can't replace someone _during_ the game, but you
can between games. So, perhaps when Harry was injured in PS/SS, there
was not time for the team to find another good seeker.
There was no good Seeker. That's why Harry got on the team at such a
young age. As long as he can play, they ain't removing him.
