It sounds like the one who wants you to do that needs to get a clue.
Buying a 1500USD gfx card for office programs is just plain stupid. But
then, if _he_ pays the bill, I'd say go for it ;-)
But say that you will get a lock on the computer that prevents anyone
(including him) from playing games on it, and see if he looks disappointed.
