Nope. There are DX10 games coming out but none of them *requires* DX10 (and thus Vista). They play just fine on Windowsxp with DX9 gfx cards.

You heard something wrong. Using two gfx cards is called SLI (Scalable Link Interface) and is quite old, it's based on the SLI technology 3Dfx used almost a decade ago to combine the power of two 3D accelerator cards (Voodoo 2). SLI has nothing to do with Vista, it works just fine in XP.
