It should. But it's important to be sure, what comes "really" out
of that PS. Sometimes they tend (especially the cheap ones) to
exaggerate by the technical Datas.

THe motherboard is PCI-e. I just don't know anything about the
latest Video cards. What should I be looking for? What brands?
Is ATI good - or is there better options in the prive range?

There is no "best" Video Card. It depends what for you need it.
Any ATI Card in the Range between 100$-150$ should be good enough
for your Purpose. Believe me, i was a Power-Game back in Time and
nowadays i'm using the PC basically for Work.
