LOL I never picture Snape as sleeping! Never in any of
the books was he sleeping... ever notice that?
Ah, but in GoF:
"At the foot of the stairs stood the only person who could make
Harry's situation worse: Snape. He was wearing a long gray
nightshirt and he looked livid."
-GoF, Chapter 25 ("The Egg and the Eye"), Pg.469 (US edition).
Then, near the end of his encounter with Moody-Crouch, Snape says that
he's going to go back to bed.
At night, Harry would see him on the Maurader's map always
up to something or walking the halls. He seemed to show
up everywhere all day and at night. He was in the library in
COS, also in POA in the halls where Harry saw Pettigrew
on the map,
I think that was only in the movie.. I don't think Harry saw
Pettigrew on the map in the book. I haven't got my copy here to
check.
he showed up at the Shreiking Shack in POA too. It's
no wonder why his hair was greasy. He never had
time to shower!
Heh. Ew.
