Do you think he got his GED or English equivalent?

No, he had extensive field work, and a teaching credit.

Besides, the guy who constantly beats the worst Drak Lord ever, and
can't ever die is always guaranteed Aurorhood.
Can't ever die? Where did that come from?

=Tamar

Taking two direct AK's and living.

Well, I bet he isn't going around assuming that he can't be killed, or
that the next AK won't be the last... I wouldn't.

Now you wrote that, I remembered: why DIDN´T DD let LV AK HP in the
MoM at the end of OotP? (wow, what an acronym nightmare!)

It would be perfect:

1) It would remove the Horcrux from Harry´s body without killing him,
since the blood connection was already on;

2) It would scare the living daylights out of Voldemort, since he
would faint (NDE) and still fail to kill Harry, maybe even allowing
him to be captured by the incoming Aurors.

Can anyone find a non-plot-external reason? (that is, we had to get
another two books, one showing the Horcruxes and the other LV´s
defeat?)

Dumbledore didn't know:
A) What some of the horcruxes might be,
and
B) Where they were.

The only reason Harry found the Cup and the Diadem was because he pulled
those locations out of Voldemort's mind. I think Dumbledore was counting on
Harry's ability to see into Voldemort's mind.

Absolutely agreed! That's the most reasonable explanation up to
now. :)

Plus, the only reason Harry survived the 2 AKs in DH was:
A) He obtained sacrificial protection against his own death by consenting
to die...which he did not do in OotP
B) The elder wand refusing to kill its master.

So, in OotP, Harry would have died for realsies.

Ops, with that I must disagree... he didn't buy the farm in (A)
because of Voldemort using his blood, its quite clear in the book, the
sacrificial protection was valid for the people he intended to
protect, not himself.
