No, neither of my daughters do. They close their eyes when they sleep.

I yield to your authority on this matter. To tell you the truth I was
_assuming_ human babies do close their eyes when breastfeeding, since my
cat's kittens do.

And even if they kept their eyes open, Harry wouldn't remember anything,
he was too young.
He remembered other moments from the time with his parents, and those
images are there even if HE can't "remember" them. =)
All indications are that "normal" legilimency is able to access only those
memories which the subject himself is aware of. It might probably take more
than just legilimency to get access to hidden/subconcious memories.
Also Harry never seemed to remember his infancy in visual detail. The
memories were almost all auditory, (James yelling, Lily begging Voldemort),
with the only visual remnant being the flash of green light.
