It would make serious amounts of dosh.

What's dosh?

Money.

I see from the groups you visit that they're heavily UK.

UK and international, now that you mention it. I hadn't really
thought about it before.

Looks like you're new to Usenet?

So, are you British, or what?

I'm been a natural born citizen of the United States of America. I
just read too much, a lot of it British. I also admire (formerly
Great) Britain greatly, but not blindly.

I'm American, so dosh might be some British slang I'm not familiar
with; or is it a misspelling?

dosh (slang, noun) : cash, money.

Here are some other good American English words to search for in the
right hand column: suspenders, fanny, ***, knock up, vest, bonnet,
boot.

"Americans and the British are two people separated by a common
language."

I am new to Usernet.

"Usenet."

I have posted a bit in a couple of the Google Labs groups.

This group is rather good if you avoid the trolls. ("Troll! Troll
in the dungeon! Thought you ought to know.")

You're doing fine so far. Stay polite and try not to take anything
personally.

Where'd you get the quote?

The movie "Patton."
