Have you tried to keep something in your mouth without chewing or

No.

It is impossible because of the
liquid that is produced in your mouth when food comes in!
McGonnagall sat there the whole day and I cannot remember her
swollowing something before she spoke to DD.

Assuming you are right, then, logically, she must have used a
different method. It may even have been an at-will transformation.
As explained before, Animagi are not defined by whether they can do
reverse transformation.

Secondly I would rather suspect that it is kind of a sudden
reaction that takes place in those canary creams, just like a
firework. That won´t burn longer if you keep holding the match
to it either. It will only burn your fingers.
And yes, I think that Fred and George ARE better than any teacher
in some way. Flitwick was quite impressed about that portable
swamp and the twins were able to turn a Teddybear into a spider at
the age of five. I don´t think that is average....

Indeed. Their childhood use of magic to hurt, punish and control
seems to rival if not exceed that of Voldemort. But I doubt that the
canary cream prank represents even the pinacle of their abilities.
Without proof, I am not willing to assume that McG (who, if I am
right, is also a Voldemort-level dark wizard or dark creature), cannot
do a more impressive feat of non-animagus animal self-
transfiguration. I am not even willing to assume that Fred and George
cannot do a more impressive feat of this kind. After all, their
canary creams were designed to be used on others. One designed for
themselves might have different characteristics.

Really, we need not follow this too far. Certain persons are claiming
it is impossible to do a more complete and effectively-controlled non-
animagus animal self transformation than Fred & George, or Victor
Krum. They cannot do so because the proof simply is not there. The
"rules" they cite turn out to be little more than unproven assumptions.

You mean like your assumptions that the Weasley twins and McG. are evil? I agree that the twins are foolish, and irresponsible in their use of magic, and the products they produce, but what leads you to believe that McG. could be close friends, and coworker with Dumbldore for many years without him catching on to her being 'evil'? I don't think so.
