You're (possibly) confusing the 2003 novel and the 2006 movie.

In the novel, Andrea is told to buy two copies of the ~published~ HP 4,
but she only manages to deliver one of them (to Paris, not a train).

In the movie, Andrea is told to acquire one copy of the unpublished HP 7,
but manages to deliver two bound copies, giving Miranda the manuscript.
