Voldemort's fate ...

Speculation: If Harry manages to vanquish LV by a plausible storyline,
what would LVs fate be?

I speculate that the scar in Harry and its associated connection with
LV will keep LV "alive" while Harry lives. The scar is perhaps a
malformed Horcrux, so it cannot revive LV. LV, in this disjointed form,
cannot "pocess" Harry or harm him in any way but his sole existence is
within the scar. He cannot "die" until the end of Harry's lifetime. The
world's most evil wizard's last remnant would exist in Harry Potter,
but Harry will always be on the side of noble thoughts and actions,
which in turn will be an intolerable existance for the Dark Lord. LV
will; live but despairing to want to die; want Harry to live, so he can
also live! Ironic for a wizard who wanted to conquer death and kill
Harry?

How is that for LVs fate? Improvements welcome :))
