Yes. The books make such a nice cracking sound when you open them
for the first time. I recommend reading Prisoner of Azkaban.

What about Prisoner of Azkaban? If you refer to Peter Pettigrew, it
is not exactly what i mean, he's more a grayish wizard.
He's neither plain evil or good, he's a coward that goes with the
side that's more likeable to win.
Some might say that that is evil... to go with a side, just because
they are likely to win.

others would say it is very intelligent to bet you life on who is
likely to win. Sure, you always bet on the school you went to, but
when you have a lotta money on the line, don't you at least consider
the odds?

I would say it depends on if my old school is bent on murdering innocent people, and making the world a living hell for those who are not born into their school. But beside that your analogy is very good :) lol.

I think I'll stay with supporting my view that it's evil to support evil just because evil might win.

Ken

Well, there was some sort of sadism in Peter since he was young. Although James and Sirius did it for attention, he seemed to enjoy when Snape was humiliated rather than simply 'stay aside because I won't contradict the leaders of my gang'.
