So, did Snape make a Horcrux after he killed Dumbledore?

Regards,
John

Well, I have a theory, and I certainly could be wrong, but I do not
believe that killing someone "tears your soul" I DO believe that
intentionally murdering someone with the "intention" to do so does
sause the soul to be torn.

I tried that theory, but people got hung up on semantics. I don't
believe anything but premeditated murder, the worst oft he worst
counts. Killing Ceric was spontaneous, so no tear.

Cedric wasn't murdered by Snape, it was Voldy. And the impression I take
from the description of a Horcrux is ANY murder counts, premediated or not.

Then again, if Snape was forced by DD's plan to kill him, would it
still count? It's not so much murder as assisted suicide.

I don't think Snape was forced to do anything, I think he had always been a
Death Eater and was, as he told Bella, just using the protection Dumbledore
offered to stay out of Azkaban. I don't think he ever changed.
