being out in the open, and drawing attention to themselves are not
necessarily the same thing. The PP Letter was out in plain site, but
never drew attention to itself. People walked by, looked directly at
it, and never noticed anything out of the ordinary. if it called,
"Hey lookie me. I'm the letter you seek." People would notice. Even
wizards.

But what of small audiences? Well Horcruxes sing then? at least
Stubby Boardman isn't a horcrux.
