Have locked up I guess.
But it's not Dudders, we know he's what we see. And it'd have to be a
squib. Squibs stand the best chance of having the magic gene in them,
though inactive. Muggles can only be carriers, and therefore Petunia,
a confirmed Muggle, can't do magic.
We really need to know if squibs sire wizards. Squib Muggle and 2
squibs. What do they reproduce?
