Made. Past tense. Assuming that you mean his mother's protection, which
is specifically for Harry, and not Dumbledore's spell, which is for the
home he lives in.

Dumbledore's spell protecting him where his mother's blood dwells will
cease to protect him when he comes of age. It is not clear whether this
spell is good against anyone other than Voldemort himself.
