If the potion were a horcrux then it would have been drunk by RAB (or one
who was with him) and perhaps destroyed... The potion would be gone and DD
would not have had to drink it... Otherwise it would be a perpetual horcrux
potion (which would be wonderful for V)...
So, no, I don't think the potion was the horcrux...
