And you refused to acknowledge that *none* of the examples you cited
involved her refusing to comment on events that have _already occurred_ and
have been observed by the narrator. Every question you raised involved her
being asked to speculate on things not yet written or not directly
observed. I know the distinction is subtle, but it is important. She'd
have a bloody hard time getting away with not commenting about _any_ of the
events at the end of the HBP and you know it.
