Asus's "Express Gate" isn't intended for BIOS updates. But your P7P55D
does have a built in utility for BIOS updates. Under "Tools", check out
"Asus EZ Flash" utility. Just put the newer bios on some sort of device
the system can read (a flash drive is fine) and point the utility to
whatever media you use (I put mine in a folder of the root of C:) and
there you go.

Express Gate is pretty worthless. It's supposed to provide browser-based
web access without loading an OS. Most folks disable it in the BIOS.
