I hope you unplugged your power cord to the back of the PC before
you tried to install any card or memory module or the like? If you
still had power to the system, you most likely fried something,
either the power supply or the motherboard.

Yes power cord was unplugged before install the card.

It's probably a bios conflict, not a voltage problem. Check the
boot options in your system bios, and try disabling the onboard
SAS RAID bios (just for a test). Then install the LSI card and
see if it boots.

You may need to contact Asus tech support and see if they're
aware of a conflict issue with LSI cards.

It's impossible that i check boot options because machine doesn't
power on. Or power source is broken or motherboard.

From what I've read here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI-X , it
appears that PCI cards will work in PCI-X slots, but not the other way
around (it doesn't say so explicitly, but it is not mentioned as an
option).

The way the card you plugged in is keyed may have put an incorrect
voltage on one of the pins and it sounds like you may have shorted out
the card and/or the motherboard.

If the computer won't power up with the card removed, it may have
damaged a/some component/s on the motherboard.

Mode 1 PCI-X cards should work in PCI slots, with the caveat being voltage
compatibility - which is no different from PCI cards with 3.3V-only
restrictions not being compatible with 5V PCI slots.

Before I threw in the towel in the OP's scenario, I'd take the motherboard out
of the case, connect a minimal bootable configuration of components (minimum
memory, single graphics card, boot drive, power supply, and
keyboard/mouse/display) and see if that will boot up. If it comes up, I'd at
least check the case to see if there's a conducting standoff in the wrong
place that shorted out the motherboard when that PCI-X card was installed...
