Asus P5P800 SE and 45 nm cpu

Hello everyone,
I wanted to do an upgrade of my configuration: motherboard in the object
with cpu P4 531 2.66 Ghz s775. I would like to replace the cpu with a
dualcore E5400 2.7 GHz 800 MHz bus, but on Asus website the list of
compatibility of the cpu is not mentioned.
Can it run by you?

Many thanks to all.
