I am using a Thermaltake V1. It is quite large and you have to make sure
That is why I bought the P6T myself. i7 920 @ 3.6Ghz, 3X 2gb Corsair XMS
in triple channel with Vista Ultimate 64. It was the easiest build I can
remember doing. From the boxes to finishing updating Vista it was about
an 8hr build taking my time. Everything just worked. If you get one, make
sure to update the bios right away to help with a few memory issues. You
can do that even before installing the OS with a thumb drive through the
bios tools.

What heatsink are you using to OC the 920 to 3.6GHz? Also,
what are the memory issues? I'm using 3x 2GB OCZ Platinum
1333MHz, at 1333MHz and 7-7-7-20 timings, on the original P6T
Dlx BIOS with no issues, running Vista Ultimate 64. This board
is definiitely designed for 64 bit Vista. There's no memory remap
required for 64 bit. The 32 bit vs 64 bit memory map switch
automatically adjusts to the OS.
your case will handle it. The bios update helps with some memory
compatibility issues IIRC, and a couple other things that I don't recall
right now. It is about as easy as it could be with the new tools in the bios
for upgrading. I actually can run it very stable at 3.7Ghz, but I just can't
get myself to realize that this i7s run naturally hotter than previous
Intels. They don't even start to throttle down until they reach the
tjunction max which is 100C. At 3.7Ghz, I ran mine for 12hrs at over 85C on
all cores and it stayed perfectly stable with no errors. It took quite a
vcore jump from 3.6Ghz to 3.7Ghz, so I just backed it down and the
temperatures are much more in line with what I am more comfortable
with.....staying in the 60sC max and idle in the high 30sC.
