Interesting. Generally, you can sub the ATI drivers for any ATI card,
regardless of the company (Asus, HIS, Powercolor, etc.).
There must be something different about the Asus card that they have
changed the drivers to accommodate.

I'm just using the ASUS drivers. And they havent crashed as much, as
the ATi drivers
"Haven't crashed as much"? The card shouldn't crash at all if the
drivers are installed properly (whichever they are).
Try uninstalling, then re-installing the drivers. Something's wrong
somewhere if you're getting crashes.
