I've never seen this, but I tend to over buy on my PSUs, avoiding the
cheapo brands.
That being said, I did have a system that would lose the PS_GOOD signal
whenever two or more drives attempted to power up simultaneously. On
initial boot this wasn't a problem, PS_GOOD just stayed down until all
the drives were up, but it was a real joy to hunt this one down since it
only happened after my configured 15 minutes of drive inactivity.
