ASUS P5E, Intel E8500 and Crucial Ballistix DDR2-1066

Hi

I am planning to buy an ASUS P5E, Intel E8500 or E8400 and Crucial Ballistix DDR2-1066 RAM. Will i have any problems with this combonation? Can i run the RAM at 1066. I plan to leave everything at stock...
