P5B Expanded Memory problem

We cannot seem to get the P5B to allow EMS memory. We've tried with several
boards. The program asking for it runs okay, it just doesn't indicate any
available EMS memory. Anyone have any ideas? (WinXP Pro SP2). (We have no
problem with this using P5WD2-P's.)
