Asus Commando and USB issues?

Has anyone here had any problems or heard of any problems with the Asus
Commando motherboard and it front USB headers?

My 3 headers seems flaky, cannot recognise on occasion or fades in and out
every few seconds when a thumbdrive or USB hard drive is plugged in. The rear
4 work, but the 3 headers for the 6 extra USB ports are flaky.
