p5wdh hibernation

Dear Reader,

I try to use the xp hibernation mode with my p5wdh deluxe board. But the system always restarts directly. (standby works perfectly)

USB is set to legacy off.
Wifi is used and lan ports diabled.
Wake on lan is not used.

No error message in windows system trace.

any hints
