As long as you tested it using the proper voltage (and then some) and
even tested it at a slower speed, I guess the MB may have a problem
after all.
You might try the P5B-Plus, which I have, but it seems you have a SLI
board and the P5B is probably too tame for you. ;-)
I'm not familiar with any other Asus (or other brand) MBs, so hopefully,
someone will come along whom can give you better advice regarding a
different MB.
