I received my replacement motherboard -less memory errors -using QVL

I am going to return this motherboard.
What motherboard should work well with my RAM -should I change to the
P35 chipset?
First, why can't it be bad RAM? Have you tried the other pair alone
to see if they're okay?. Are you using the latest version of
Memtest86, or better still, Memtest86+.
Do you have matched pairs, or just 4 single 1 GB sticks of memory? In
any case, check the specs for the memory you have. If they're matched
pairs, the default voltage *may* be 2.1V. That seems to be standard for
the -C4 sticks.
