off topic: boot managers

I have an A8N-SLI computer dual booting XP and Vista. There's plenty of room on drive 0 for a Linux partition. There are a lot of threads available about dual booting Vista and a Linux distro and even triple booting XP, Vista, and Linux using the GRUB or LILO boot managers that apparently have been "Vista-aware" since 7.04 (Feisty Fawn).

I'm wondering about third-party boot managers. Might they make the job even easier? Does anyone have any experience?

Thanks,

Ron
