Why is the E6750 cheaper than the 6750?
From what I can see (Intel comparison of specs) these are the main
differences:
6700/6750
- Clock speed 2.66/2.66 Mhz
- FSB 1066/1333Mhz
- Multi-core/Dual-core
- none/Intel trusted execution technology (whatever that is)
- Chipset, Lots/N.A. (why NA?)

I don't know what they mean by multi-core, because dual is multi also.
And apart from that, the 6750 has faster FSB.

From the tests I have seen there is very little difference in speed between the two, even accounting for the different FSB. The 6750 was just released and will probably replace the 6700 in time. The main thing to be careful of with the 6750 is that not all boards that support the 6700 will be able to use the 6750 because of the FSB.
