Updateing Bios on Gigabyte 965p-s3

Hello,
It would be much appreciated if someone can give me instructions on
how to update the bios on a Gigabyte 965p-s3 motherboard. I know I
have the F7 bios Installed at the moment (the most recent one is F8) .
I need to update the bios due to a BSOD stop error get (stop
0x0000008e)
If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated!
