Hi Stefan, you may be able to run a XP cpu without flashing the bios, if
you must i would upgrade to 1010 which includes the newer Sempron cpus as
well as memory fixes, how to flash the bios, basically two ways.
1: Get a floppy drive and cable for about $15 max.
2: Create a Bootcd or Bootdvd!
