Hello folks

I am setting up a computer with an Asus p5ld2 motherboard and would
like to know what memory would be suitable. The Qualified Vendor List
(QVL) seems slightly outdated and the modules are hard to find.

For now, I want to use only two 512MB sticks and overclock.

Do you have the same board?

Indeed I do. Asus's "qualified vendor lists" have always, in my experience,
been best ignored.

I'm using four Corsair ValueSelect VS512MB533D2 modules, two purchased when
I built the machine and two a few weeks ago. Both pairs purchased as a twin
set and run in dual channel mode. They're running flawlessly.
