I have replaced PSU and Reseated CPU and cleaned HSU prior to putting on artic silver. Before it used to boot ok then reset at windows then voice message started . Now i cannot even get past voice message to try and update Bios. The Mobo is about 2yrs old and i am not sure what to do.
