JMicron Drivers?

I have a P5B-VM with a E6600.
I'm trying to set aup a raid array using the 64 bit version, I assume
that is the correct version for the E6600?
I get as far as F6 in the windows XP setup and choosing the JMIcron
JMB 363 windows xp option but then I get corrupted jraid.sys. I have
tried using the files I downloaded from the
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5B-VM
as well as the files on the mobo cd. I have also tried 4 different
disks, burnt on two differnet machines in 2 different floppy drives
connected with different cables!
I have tried just reading from the floppy drive, can get a dir listing
without errors. I have also updated the BIOS using the floppy, so I
think that is ok.
Any ideas?
I found this http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?p=3987576 where
the guys were saying the jmicron drivers varied depending on source,
are there others I can try? What should I be looking for?
Many thanks
.
