Recommend memory for P5B, please


I've Googled this and don't get a lot of hits besides the Anandtech
thread which is mostly out of date. My brother is building a P5B
system, probably with the P5B Deluxe. We'd like to get some
low-latency matched DIMMs -- 2 x 1024, and we'd love to know that the
board will boot without having to throw in some cheap memory just to
flash the BIOS to make it compatible. This computer will not be
overclocked, but we'd like to have that option to help future-proof it
a little.
Can anyone please give us a recommendation on GOOD DDR2-800 memory
with which this board is very compatible?
