If you don't need the WiFi-AP mode, which mobo is next best?

I'm building a new system and I had thought that the P5W DH would fit the
bill. But now I'm not so certain I'd actually use the WiFi. It would most
likely go where my current set-up is and that has an Ethernet cable already
waiting even though my modem/router is sending both cable and wireless
signals. I have three notebooks accessing the internet via wireless signals
and I have four other desktops getting a cable signal through the same
router. But since I can only get 54Mbps max via the wireless, why wouldn't I
want to hook my new system up to the existing cable and get 100Mbps? So,
that being the case, what would be the next best ASUS board after the P5W
DH? I need SATA RAID, 1066 or better FSB capable of handling PC2 800 SDRAM
and would like it to accommodate at least 8MB of RAM, has to handle the
Core2 Duo, needs at least 1 IEEE 1394 and 4 USB 2.0, LGA 775, onboard audio
but not video as I will be going with ATI X1900XTX and probably will not use
the crossfire option, I like the additional RAID controller, and number of
PCI slots. Basically, which board is the same as the P5W without the
wireless? Also, which RAM AFTER the Corsair XMS works well with this board?
Is G.Skill any good? I know OCZ and Mushkin are good names. Would I gain
any noticeable difference in going with the 6400 RAM as opposed to the
5400? Since the FSB is only 1066, I would need to overclock it to actually
use the full potential of the PC2 800 RAM, correct?
