Planning on a new system w/P5B Deluxe need help

Am planning on building a new system based on an Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi board
and a Conroe E6600. I have some questions before I buy. (1) I would like 2gb
of DDR2 800 ram but don't know what to get or what will work (to many
choices). (2) Can I use my current hard drive (WDC 160gb ATA) and be able to
boot up? I don't want to reinstall everything (programs, patches, updates,
etc.) (3) If I can use my existing drive can add 2 sata raid drives later
and copy everything to them and get rid of the WDC drive? My current system
is an Asus P4PE w/2.4ghz P4 and 1 gb ram. Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks, Tom
