Follow through with the Pay-Pal and E-Bay process. It takes 30 to 90 days, but I have always had it resolved in my favor.

Indeed I did use PayPal. Their "Problem Resolution" has dragged on to this point and now I am concluding this is the method they are using to make me go away, "just make it too much trouble..."
Well, I am going to contact my bank and discuss this with them - and if PayPal cancels my account, then that is just too bad for them.
