Hi,
I have just built a shiny new PC with this fine MB and am happy with the
results. One thing that is bugging me is I cant use the conference feature
of Yahoo messenger - it complains about the audio mixer - when I click the
speaker icon by the clock and try to go into properties I can only see
playback properties - the recording properties is greyed out.
The mic does work however as I can use my other VOIP software and if I use
the PC call feature of yahoo it works fine.
Do I need to upgrade drivers/bios or is there a setting in the bios I need
to change ?
Cheers for any ideas

There should be six icons at the top of the control panel.
Possibly the third icon from the left at the top of the
control panel, is for Preferences ?
In the Preferences panel are a whole bunch of tick boxes.
One of the tick boxes is "Show Recording Controls" (pg.2)

Is your boot disk image a transplant from another computer ?
Or a fresh install ?
Perhaps the recording controls are greyed out, because
of a conflict with some other software that was never
uninstalled ?
