The only board i know of that has AGP and PCI-E on the same board is an
asrock http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2524
Its relativley cheap and has both ide and sata, you cant really get a
64 bit system without sata.
As for the cpu seeing you only want to spend 300, i'd suggest a 3000+
amd 64 bit 939 as its the cheapest.
