Large HD support is dependent on the mobo bios and o/s and or version if
win2k/winxp
also Fat32 comes into play

Hi to all,
i've just bought this Mobo on EBay , to replace my MSI KT7 Turbo 2 with my
XP2200+.
It run fine and i appreciate DDRam, it's speedest than SDRam :-)
Yesterday, i just wanted to buy a new HDD with 8Mo Cache, first i wanted a
Maxtor 80Go, but the shop where i went, did not have any more, so for a
little more money, i bought a 160Go.... Evidently the Bios ( v10.17) does
not recognise up to 130Go, do you know if the Beta 10.18 Bios on Asus
WebSite, permit it ?
Thanks for reply and have a good day
