Misplaced jumper on Maxtor 200Gbte SATA drive - need to replace it !

In attempting to change the speed of my 200Gbte SATA drive from
300Mbts to 150 Mbts I dropped and lost the little jumper switch.

Can anyone tell me if these are easily replaceable ?
